WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
We start at 13.00h, and we close our venue at 01.00h!
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE?
You must be at least 16 years old on the day of your visit to Fantasia Festival.
If there's any doubt about your age, a valid ID is required. Visitors under 16, even when accompanied by an adult, will not be admitted.
ONCE I LEAVE CAN I GET BACK IN LATER?

MY NAME IS NOT CORRECT ON MY TICKET?
You probably received the ticket from a very good friend or you were the one that ordered your tickets for your friends!
NO PROBLEM! Just make sure that everyone has their own ID-card and big smile with them!!!

Follow the signs (stationary or some of them with a heartbeat!)

Bike Parking will be very close to the festival area! make sure to bring a lock and perhaps a spare key!

CAN I FIND A LOCKER AT THE FESTIVAL SITE?
Yes! Lockers will be available for rent at Fantasia Festival.However, they cannot be reserved in advance.
FREE EARPLUGS?
Yes! You can get them for free at the info point.
WHAT ABOUT FIRST AID ON THE FESTIVAL?
Located near the main entrance there will be a fully equipped Red Cross crew! (www.rodekruis.be)
WHAT ABOUT SECURITY ON THE FESTIVAL?
From the start Fantasia Festival has the name to be a safe and zero-tolerance-drug festival and we want to keep it that way!
The organizer ensures the safety of both the artists and the visitors on the festival.

WILL THERE BE EXTRA SECURITY MEASUREMENTS?
Yes, because we want every visitor to be safe! So there will be a security check on entrance!
– NO Backpacks allowed!– Only purses can enter after a security check!– No Sun Protection and parfume above 100ml, only small ones (NO other liquids), we also provides sunscreen on the festival!
